Users of the 2013 International Air Transport Association’s Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA DGR) 54^th edition are asked to download and comply with Addendum III posted May 28^th, 2013 and available for download at http://www.iata.org/whatwedo/cargo/dgr/Pages/download.aspx  This third addendum includes amendments to State Variations for France, Hong Kong, Japan and Macao; and Operator Variations for Air Canada, Thomson Airways, Cargolux Italia, China Airlines, Cargolux, Condor Berlin, Thomas Cook Airlines, Adria Airways, Nippon Cargo Airlines, Swiss International, Jazz Aviation LP, Air Canada Rouge, Scoot Airlines, Virgin Australia and Air Tahiti. The operator variation summary table in Section 2.8.3.5 has also been updated throughout. Medical devices containing lithium batteries have been added to Table 2.3.A and in Section 2.3.5.9. Amendments and corrections in addendums are effective January 1, 2013.
