On December 03, 2020 (85 FR 78029), the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a correction in the federal register to the May 11, 2020 (85 FR 27810) final rule. PHMSA inadvertently left out “(69)” in Instruction 2d for revisions to 49 CFR 171.7. This federal register corrects the error and revises amendatory instruction 2d on page 27852 of the original May 11, 2020 final rule.
