On January 12, 2021 (86 FR 2344), the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a correction in the federal register to change the effective date of the Hazardous Materials: Editorial Corrections and Clarifications (HM-260A) final rule published on December 21, 2020 (85 FR 83366) from January 20, 2021 to January 21, 2021.
