On January 25, 2023 (88 FR 4756), the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a Final Rule in the Federal Register (FR) correcting the December 27, 2022 (87 FR 79752) Final Rule, which made editorial revisions and clarifications to the hazardous materials regulations (HMRs) including the hazardous materials table (HMT). The corrections address several errors to the hazardous material entries in the HMT (49 CFR 172.101). The original final rule and correction are both effective January 26, 2023.
