On October 08, 2019 (84 FR 53822), the Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) published a notice in the federal register to clarify and request comments on the Approvals Program procedures for companies to request a modification to an explosives classification approval to reflect a merger, acquisition, or change in name or legal status. Interested persons are invited to submit comments on or before January 6, 2020.
