The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published three (3) notices in the federal register on July 03, 2019 requesting comments on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for existing collections of information. The information collections are entitled: “NRC Forms 540 and 540A, Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest (Shipping Paper) and Continuation Page” (84 FR 31927); “NRC Forms 541 and 541A, Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest (Container and Waste Description) and Continuation Page” (84 FR 31931); and “NRC Forms 542 and 542A, Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest (Index and Regional Compact Tabulation) and Continuation Page” (84 FR 31930). Please submit comments by September 3, 2019. Comments received after this date will be considered if it is practical to do so, but the Commission is able to ensure consideration only for comments received on or before this date.
