On February 16, 2023 (88 FR 10024), the Coast Guard (CG) published a Final Rule in the Federal Register (FR) making nonsubstantive technical, organizational, and conforming amendments to existing Coast Guard regulations in 33 CFR Parts 5 – 174 & 46 CFR Parts 1 – 178. This rule is a continuation of our practice of periodically issuing rules to keep our regulations up-to-date and accurate. This rule will have no substantive effect on the regulated public. This final rule is effective February 16, 2023.
